How to sort lines

Natural order
A to Z sorting follows the rules of your language and puts numbers in natural order, so “item 2” comes before “item 10” and accented letters sort next to their plain forms.
Shuffle fairly
Shuffle uses a Fisher–Yates shuffle with your browser's secure random numbers, so every order is equally likely: good for drawing names or randomizing a quiz.

Can I sort and remove duplicates at once?
Yes. Turn on Remove duplicate lines in the panel.
How does sorting by number work?
Lines are ordered by the first number in them; lines without a number go last.
