Line and word changes
Lines are matched with the same longest-common-subsequence method that version control systems use. When a line was edited rather than replaced, the words that changed are highlighted inside it.

Are my texts uploaded to compare them?
No. Both texts stay in your browser tab and are compared there. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can it ignore case or spaces?
Yes. Turn on Ignore case or Ignore spaces at line ends to hide differences you do not care about.
How long can the texts be?
Several thousand lines each compare instantly. Very long texts take a moment longer, depending on your device.
